As with any organization, leadership is the key to success. Men of Iron has many roles that are filled by our members on a number of levels.
Those who serve in leadership roles will be considered a Peer of the Realm by virtue of their service to Men of Iron. The titles associated with each of these positions are not earned but merely granted. To earn the right to be a peer, one must engage in leadership and service for an extended period of time or become a Knight Baronet or Guildmaster.
